One Person
Isa 6:8
Then I heard the voice of God saying: “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” And I said: “Here I am! Send me!”
All you need is one person in your life Who says “you got this i believe in you” And you will find courage and energy to do things that you would not have had before But more importantly that person needs to also say if everything goes wrong I will be there for you I will be there with and i will be in the mud with you and has the ability to say “something's wrong, I'm worried about you”
Burnout happens when you are attempting to do all the things you see people do and not realizing that the have deep meaningful relationships that you cannot see and you think, falsely, that you have to do it alone.
You do not. You cannot do it alone.
Sometimes, the people in our lives that we have to count on, do not have the capacity, physical, mental or emotional to carry you through. So, we do the best we can. If you have those people willing to suffer together, thank God for them. If not, seek them and add them to you quiver of loved ones.
