Never thought I'd be putting this one together.

Almost 10 years ago, we bought this ceramic sculpture for a couple of friends whom we love very much.

Sadly, we had a falling out. Sometimes that happens. I think love still exists between us, but it's been modified and only time can fix it. As part of the healing process, I got a box full of gifts we had given over the decades. This came, wrapped, but not well enough and so now I'm putting it back together one shard at a time.

I hope all the pieces are there. It shattered in the box and there was a fist-sized hole in the container. A box full of ceramic knives is essentially what the sculpture became. And ceramic knives LOVE to cut paper.
